From the first page to the last this book is well written。 You will not want to put it down。 The lead is a strong female with many different interesting facets to her character。 The book is packed full of action and suspense。 The ending had an emotional impact。 I can’t wait for the next book in the series！

A great start to a new series。 Rebecca， a former FBI agent， is vacationing where her family stayed when she was younger，trying to figure out her life after a career faltering incident。 When a young girl goes missing， the local sheriff asks for her assistance in the case。 She is drawn into a cat & mouse chase when the girl is found murdered。 The next question is should she stay or should she go， which will be hopefully answered in the next adventure in the book。
